- Delivery Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States. We currently do not offer expedited or same-day shipping.
- Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the products and the destination address. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your order.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the continental United States.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
- Delivery Delays: We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to notify you of any expected delays and provide you with updates as needed.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it. Please note that it may take several days for the carrier to complete their investigation.
